
Robert
(Bob) Evans, CPA, earned his Bachelor of Arts
from the University of Wisconsin in 1977 and his Masters of Accounting from the University
of Arizona in 1980. He was a partner in a regional CPA firm (Dixon & Co.) and when the
firm was sold, Bob acquired the Cochise county portion of the practice. Bob has worked in
public accounting since 1978 and was certified in 1980.
He enjoys gardening, dogs and birding.

Nancy
McDowell graduated with a BS degree from the
University of Colorado in Boulder. She has taken additional tax and accounting classes
throughout the years while living in Kansas, Hawaii, Washington, Germany and Arizona.
Nancy has been an accountant with Evans & Hillebrand since 1990. Personal interests
run the gamut from family and friends to hiking, the environment, and social welfare
issues.

Susan Cox produces
payroll reports, sales tax reports, and bookkeeping for Evans & Hillebrand and
our clients. She has 20 years of experience with Arizona schools and County finance, which
includes: fixed assets, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll,
budgets, tax rates, and distribution of taxes.

Sandra
Yast, CPA graduated summa cum laude from
the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts, Concrentration in Accounting in 1989
and summa cum laude from Brenau University with a Masters of Business Administration in
1996. Sandra has been a CPA since 1989 and has worked in public accounting as a senior
accountant and provate accounting as a financial analyst and controller
She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and volunteering with various causes.

Janet
Evans is a employee with the Palominas School
District. She and Bob have two sons and three grandchildren. Janet enjoys raising dogs and
reading.

Sandra Becker is our
Office Manager, keeping the office and schedule on an even keel, billing, tax assembly, and marketing the
business. A native of Ohio, she graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Ohio State University. Her previous experience includes working for
businesses in both the professional and non-professional fields as an office manager
and bookkeeper.

Susan Emery
Jean Dahlquist received an MBA in 1990 from Texas State University and worked in the financial industry, primarily in Washington, DC office of BDO Seidman, then the sixth largest accounting firm in the US. In 2004 she received a CPA and worked in auditing and taxation with CPA firms in DC unitl she moved to Arizona in 2007. In off hours she enjoys reading The New York Times and The New York Review of Books as well as discussing current issues with others.
